 Scanography, or scanner photography is defined as a type of photography which utilizes a flatbed photo scanner to create printable composition. One very prominent scenographer is Stewart Nelson from Tallahassee Florida. Nelson, an award-winning scanographer uses the medium to create beautiful compositions out of layered flowers and plants.Nelson has been a photographer since the 1970's. His works combine traditional digital photography and/or scanning with modern computer imaging.
