Week 3_Project 2_Cole Alcon

First of all, I'd just like to say that since I have been quarantining for a few weeks without a scanner sitting in my living room, I haven't been able to capture the pictures as properly instructed. That being said, being stuck at home unable to fully complete requirements did have some perks. Since I didn't have to bring items and place them onto a scanner, I was able to exponentially increase the options that I had and the categories that I could explore. So, in hopes that I could make up for having to be isolated, I tried to use that creative freedom to more of my advantage.
Theme 1: The Arts

By 'the arts', I don't just mean digital arts, but arts as a whole. The things I picked range from digital to physical, and from things like music to editing. In this section you'll find a picture of my stylus I use for my drawing tablet (digital arts), a picture of paper and pencils laid out across it (physical art), a picture of a video capture card that could be used for video editing and manipulation (editing, of course), and a picture of the headpiece and neck strap of my saxophone I play (music). All different forms of The Arts spanning across a wide spectrum of representation.

Theme 2: Accessories
After looking around my room and apartment, I realized that even without leaving for class everyday there were things that I pretty much always had on me, either hanging off of my belt loop or stuffed into my pocket. Once I realized this it set off this alarm in my head that if they were so important for me to have even when simply sitting at my desk in my room, then clearly they would be prevalent enough to include in their own category. In this section, you will find a picture of my keys, a picture of my wallet, a picture of my sunglasses, and a picture of my watches.

Theme 3: Household
While this one isn't as creative as I would've initially like, I felt like it was an obvious one that I had to include simply because of my situation. Not only that, but most of these things are things that I wouldn't bring in otherwise. The explanation is in the name; things you would find around your house. Not only that, but these are things that have kept me from going crazy. In this section, you'll find a picture of a couple controllers, a picture of a cookbook and utensils, a picture of cards and dice, and a picture of a speaker.
