This was my first photoshop work for this class. I mainly used the "select" and "cut" tool.

For this image, I found two images online of whimsical landscapes. I transposed the images together to create an illusional appearance. 

In Photoshop, I selected and cut out the doorway to add in this background. It is an ancient door that opens up to a beautiful image.

For this image, I started out drawing on an image of mountain. I laid down layers of pink, purple, blue, and yellow. 

I used the smudge tool to make the image look like it has a wavey effect.

I cropped the image and made the background clouds have a twirl filter. I also outlined the image in white.

I opened an image of a galaxy on photoshop. I added a twirling filter to this image as well. I also changes the coloring to make it more warm to contrast with the whale.

I then selected the whale out of the image. After that, I pasted it onto the background.

I then splashed some purple paint on the image to further the contrast.
