Project 5&6_(Nekeda Williams)

 Mermaid's Cove

So for this project, I started off with a picture of the pond from outside and from there I wanted stick with a water element and make the pond the main focus.  From there, I cut out the background from the original picture and used a background from an image I found on google. 

From there  I was really feeling like I wanted something in the water so I added mermaids. I kind of wanted them to be inconspicuous and unnoticeable so I added them in the picture very subtle. 

I used the eraser and brush tool to help change the mermaid and make it fit in better with the picture.
